Our Story
FC Outreach was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring hope and healing to families facing crisis. Through our partnerships with the Northwest Florida Health Network (NWF Health) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF), we serve as a bridge connecting families in need with the resources, support, and care they deserve.
What began as a small faith-based initiative has grown into a comprehensive family support organization, offering services ranging from Safety Management Services (SMS) to behavioral and psychological services (BPS) and therapy. Our dedicated team of coordinators, counselors, and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that no family walks their journey alone.
Today, we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, guided by our unwavering commitment to faith, compassion, and excellence in serving the families of Northwest Florida.
